"The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue liberating the occupied lands. Our army has advanced 2 kilometres in the Luhansk region in the last day," the Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexey Gromov, said, Report informs with reference to RBC Ukraine.
The military experts stressed that in the near future, the Ukrainian army is expected to make counter-attacks in Svatove and Kreminna regions.
