Russia is working on transforming the 3+3 platform for the South Caucasus into a full-fledged organization, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said at the second Russia-Armenia public forum, according to Report.
"We assign an important place to the '3+3' regional cooperation platform in harmonizing the interests of all countries in the region. We are working on its transformation into a full-fledged organization for interaction in the South Caucasus," the deputy minister indicated.
