Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi held telephone conversations with Chief of the General Staff of the French Armed Forces Thierry Burkhard, Report informs via RBC-Ukraine.
Burkhard noted in a tweet that the conversation with Zaluzhnyi was fruitful. He also assured that France would continue to support Ukraine through military supplies and exercises for Ukrainian soldiers.
“A fruitful telephone conversation with my colleague from Ukraine, General Valeryi Zaluzhnyi. I listened to his analysis of the situation at the front. I assured him of our continued support through the supply and training that France provides to the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” tweeted the Chief of the French General Staff.
