Former head of National Security Committee detained in Kazakhstan

Former chairman of Kazakhstan's National Security Committee Karim Massimov has been detained, Report informs.

He is suspected of high treason. The former chairman is currently being held in a temporary detention center.

Massimov was dismissed on January 5.
