Former defense minister of Armenia reveals reason for their defeat in 2nd Karabakh War

Armenia had no fighter jets and air defense means, former defense minister of Armenia, David Tonoyan, told the commission established in the country's parliament to investigate the circumstances of the 44-day war, Report informs.

Tonoyan is currently under arrest.
