Former chairwoman of Russian Red Cross Society found dead in her apartment in Moscow

Raisa Luktsova, who was the chairwoman of the Russian Red Cross Society from 2006 to 2021, was found dead in her apartment in Moscow.

Report informs, citing TASS, that her death was not criminal in nature and she was seriously ill.

She died at the age of 74.
