Foreign Ministry: Russia will not allow Ukraine to return to its 1991 borders

Russia will not allow the restoration of Ukraine within the 1991 borders, the Russian Foreign Ministry said, Report informs via Russian media.

"Of course, Russia will never allow the implementation of such a scenario," the ministry said in a statement.
