A fire at an oil depot in the Spitamen district of Tajikistan has resulted in one fatality, according to a source from the country’s Fire Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Report informs via Tajik media.
The source attributed the incident to a failure to follow safety protocols during the refueling of a tank truck.
The blaze took around two hours to extinguish. Specialists are currently on-site assessing the extent of the damage caused by the fire.
