The former director of the Moscow Academic Theater of Satire, Mammadali Aghayev, has been charged with fraud involving a particularly large amount, according to the Moscow prosecutor's office, Report informs via TASS.
The prosecutor's office claims that Aghayev, together with other participants, allegedly misappropriated approximately 20 million rubles ($248,445) based on fake reports of completed work.
A preventive measure will be chosen for him in the near future.
