Today, the European Union (EU) will pass a decision on the recognition of COVID-19 passports issued in Georgia, said EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi, Report informs.
According to him, a similar decision will be made related to Moldova and Serbia.
The EU official said the new decision would make it easier for citizens of Georgia, Moldova, and Serbia to travel to European countries.
Georgian citizens who have got both doses can obtain COVID-19 certificates at the branches of the Houses of Justice. This document will be required from citizens and tourists to enter some closed spaces in the neighboring country from 1 January.
