Pashinyan: Armenia expects continuation of border delimitation with Azerbaijan

The Armenian side expects the continuation of delimitation and demarcation work with Azerbaijan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with Armenpress.

"A meeting is planned for January. I am confident that the positive experience of demarcation in 2024 should be developed in a calm, working environment. We are committed to such work," he noted.

Yerevan has confirmed plans for a meeting of the border delimitation commissions between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Office of Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan said in response to Armenian media inquiries.

According to Report, no specific date has been agreed upon yet.

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with local TV channels on January 7 that the next meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian delimitation commissions should take place this month.
