Turkiye is doing everything possible to end the war in Ukraine and Syria, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said at a joint press conference in Ankara with Deputy Prime Minister of Italy, Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, Report informs.
Cavusoglu noted that competition in Syria continues: “We are working to end the war not only in Ukraine, but also in Syria. We are doing our best for this.”
The minister stressed that Turkiye is striving to continue diplomatic negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.
Cavusoglu also noted that they are taking steps to normalize Turkish-Egyptian relations.
