Cavusoglu: 'Second Karabakh war showed the existence of frozen conflicts'

The events in Karabakh (Second Karabakh War - ed.) showed the existence of frozen conflicts, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said, Report informs.

He said that the events in Syria are an example of this:

“Turkiye reacts to all regional events. We are trying to make the world fairer.”
