Cavusoglu: 'Personnel from 77 countries are working to clear up debris in Türkiye' 

Over 9,400 personnel from 77 countries are working to clear up debris after the earthquake in Türkiye', Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mevlut Cavusoglu, told presser, Report informs.

"We have received offers of assistance from 99 countries and 16 international organizations. As of February 13, 9,401 specialists from 77 countries are working in the earthquake-hit region. Another 747 rescuers are on the way. They work on a rotational basis," the Minister said.

Cavusoglu also said that a number of countries have provided cargo planes for the delivery of aid and tents: "Azerbaijan, Qatar, UAE, Russia have helped. We have ordered tents from the relevant structures of the UN. Work is underway to build container cities. Tents are a quick solution, but people need long-term housing," the Minister added.
