Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu met with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid in Vienna.
Report informs, citing Cavusoglu's Twitter, that during the meeting, the sides discussed the situation in Ukraine and the South Caucasus.
