Brawl breaks out in Gerogian parliament

A brawl broke out between the deputies at the meeting of the Georgian Parliament held on April 15, Report informs.

The draft law “On transparency of foreign influence” was discussed at the meeting.

The leader of the parliamentary majority, MP Mamuka Mdinaradze, took the floor and went to the podium. While he was speaking, the leader of the opposition Citizens Party, deputy Aleko Elisashvili, suddenly went to the rostrum and punched Mdinaradze.

After that, other deputies joined the brawl.
