Ukrainian embassy in Greece receives blood-stained envelope

The Embassy of Ukraine in Greece has received a blood-stained mail. Previously, identical parcels were sent to Ukrainian diplomats in other Western countries, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Oleh Mykolenko said, Report informs.

“The sender’s address is the same as on other envelopes that were previously received by Ukrainian embassies and consulates: A Tesla car dealership in the German town of Sindelfingen. The Greek police have begun investigative actions. We also expect an acceleration of the investigation by German law enforcement officers,” he said.

In total, 33 cases of threats to Ukrainian diplomats in 17 countries have been recorded recently - one attempted terror attack, two reports of mining, one case of vandalism, one written threat and 28 bloody packages and parcels. Explosive devices or their imitation were hidden in the parcels, as well as parts of animals, including the eyes of cows and pigs.

According to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, Russia or its allies are responsible for what is happening.
