Azerbaijani official: "Armenian FM goes against Nikol Pashinyan’s instructions"

"Armenia’s relevant government agencies, especially the Foreign and Defense Ministries, are no longer fully compliant with the theses and instructions of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan," Farid Shafiyev, chairman of the International Relations Analysis Center, told journalists, Report informs.

According to him, certain anti-peace forces in Armenia are trying to bring the conflict back on the agenda and aggravate the situation: “I do not believe that Armenia has the potential to influence the situation. The Armenian government has taken some positive steps in the last two months.”

Farid Shafiyev noted that Azerbaijan is able to respond to Armenian provocations: "Recent events on the border have shown that the Azerbaijani Army is ready to respond adequately."
