A head of the major summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), a joint meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers, and the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Councils of CSTO member states is currently taking place in Astana, Kazakhstan, Report informs, citing Kazakhstani media.
Over 30 issues are scheduled for discussion during these events, including peacekeeping activities, personnel training, and scientific endeavors.
The CSTO Collective Security Council will also convene in Astana today. All leaders, except Armenia, which has suspended its participation in the organization, will attend the summit.
