Armenian PM to attend meeting of EAEU Intergovernmental Council in Almaty

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will attend a meeting of the Intergovernmental Council of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in Kazakhstan, Report informs via Sputnik-Armenia.

The Armenian delegation led by Pashinyan will leave for Almaty on February 2.

The upcoming meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council will be held in Almaty on February 2-3, 2023.

In addition to the heads of government of the EAEU countries and the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, representatives of the EAEU observer states, the CIS Secretary General and the heads of the Eurasian Development Bank, the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development are also invited.

The agenda of the meeting of the Intergovernmental Council covers a wide range of issues of trade and economic cooperation, technical regulation, the EAEU integrated information system and other topical issues.

On February 3, the prime ministers of the EAEU countries will take part in the plenary session of the annual Digital Almaty forum.
