Armenian Investigative Committee: Seven people detained during unrest in Tavush

Seven people were detained on suspicion of hooliganism at protests in Tavush, Armenia, the country's Investigative Committee (IC) said, Report informs.

According to the Investigative Committee, among those detained was a man, who started a brawl with Garnik Danielyan, an MP from the Hayastan faction.

The incident happened yesterday. Protesters blocked the Armenia-Georgia highway. During the clash, the protesters also damaged the car of a passer-by, who demanded that the road be unblocked.
