Armenia's Chamber of Advocates has demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, calling him a threat to the state, Report states, citing the Facebook page of Ara Zohrabyan, Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates.
The chairman noted that he and his colleagues would march today in front of the Chamber and the Prosecutor General's Office.
"We will convey to the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament our demand for abolishing martial law and a vote of no confidence in the Prime Minister. We will require that the MP, a member of the My Step faction, leave the ruling party. We will also submit a statement to the Prosecutor General's Office," Zohrabyan said.
"The threat of losing our statehood has forced us to protest and get rid of this source of danger - the prime minister and his team - as soon as possible," he emphasized.
