Armenia supplies fighter jets to Russia for use against Ukraine

On March 25, Armenia handed over four Su-30 fighter jets to Russia together with specially trained pilots. Report informs, citing Haber Global.

According to intelligence information received by the TV channel, on March 25, the fighters left for Russia to be used against Ukraine. It is possible that sanctions or warnings will be imposed on Armenia, which provides military support to Russia.

The TV channel reminded that Russia had withdrawn peacekeepers temporarily stationed in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, as well as refueling vehicles and Tigr armored vehicles to Armenia through the Lachin corridor due to heavy losses in Ukraine. From there, it was sent to Russia by military cargo plane.

The channel also noted that Russia uses Armenian territory as a base to attract Syrian mercenaries.
