Armenia sent written proposals to Azerbaijan on border delimitation, Pashinyan says

Armenia has submitted written proposals to Azerbaijan regarding the continuation of the border delimitation process, Report informs via Armenian media.

"We have forwarded written proposals to Azerbaijan outlining the logic and specific direction for moving forward with the process. We are now waiting for their response,” Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.

He explained that the proposals cover both general approaches to the delimitation and specific sections of the border where Armenia suggests work should continue. Based on a preliminary agreement, both sides intend to proceed from north to south — starting from the tripoint where the borders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia meet, moving toward the Iranian border.

The Armenian side has identified the segment where the next stage of work could begin.
