Armenia: Deputy Chief of Staff accused of loss of 60 people in Karabakh war

Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Chief of the General Staff's Combat Training Department, Lieutenant General Andranik Makaryan is accused of missing 60 people in the Second Karabakh War.

He said he did not voluntarily order the operation, which resulted in the loss of 60 people. It turned out that the order came from a higher authority.
