Armenia confirms 587 new COVID cases

Armenia confirmed 587 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the nationwide tally to 246,997, Report informs, citing the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health.

The death toll has reached 4,968 as 14 more succumbed to the deadly pathogen. As many as 230,820 people have recovered from the disease. There are 10,040 active coronavirus patients in the country.
