Armenia: COVID-19 cases exceed 40 thousand

Armenia confirmed 201 new coronavirus cases, bringing the nationwide case tally to 40,794, Report says, citing the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health.

The death toll reached 806, as three others fell victim to the virus. So far, 33,492 people have recovered from the infection.

There are currently  6,262 active Covid-19 patients in Armenia.
