The General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces has rejected an appeal by MPs, officials, business people, and prominent public figures to visit the regions bordering Azerbaijan, Report says, citing Jokhovurd.
According to the information, many people came to the area and took selfies during the April battles in 2016. However, now it is prohibited to visit the border area and meet with soldiers.
The Headquarters linked such decisions as measures to counter the coronavirus pandemic.
