Armenia arrests man on Russian police's wanted list for 23 years

The Armenian police have arrested a man who, on charges of murder, has been wanted by Russian law enforcement officers for 23 years, Report informs citing TASS.

"As a result of the operational-search activities, the Meghri police officers at the Meghri customs point identified and delivered 51-year-old Bagrat N. to the police department," the Armenian police said.

"Since September 24, 1999, Bagrat N. has been wanted by the Russian internal affairs bodies on charges of murder."
