Armenia appoints new heads for two committees

At Thursday's Cabinet meeting, the Armenian government decided to appoint Artur Poghosyan as Chairman of the Investigative Committee for a period of six years, Report informs via News.am.

According to another decision by the government, Eduard Hakobyan was appointed Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that both Poghosyan and Hakobyan are not new people to them.

Recently, Investigative Committee chairman Argishti Kyaramyan and State Revenue Committee chairman Rustam Badasyan had resigned at Pashinyan's "request."
