Armed man surrenders after mall shooting in Russia's Rostov

According to Report, which cites Russian media, an eyewitness said on local Telegram channels that the harrowing event unfolded in multiple stages. The armed assailant, whose identity remains undisclosed, initially opened fire in the parking lot of the shopping center. In a terrifying sequence of events, he then rushed into a nearby coffee shop before entering the main shopping complex itself.
