100 detained in anti-Russia rally in Gyumri, Armenia

More than 100 people were detained in the protests held near the Russian military base in Gyumri, Armenia, Report informs.

Protesters blocked the road to the military base.

The protesters also said that they could declare the Russian military as "occupiers".

"We will show the world that Armenia was occupied by Russian troops on the pretext of the 102nd base," said Vahe Gasparyan, a member of the National Democratic Pole party.
