Ankara sums up work of Trans-Caspian transport route for 2021

A two-day event dedicated to summarizing the work of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route for 2021 and discussing plans for 2022 has ended, Report informs.

Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoglu delivered a welcoming speech at the event.

From the Azerbaijani side, the event was attended by a delegation of the Azerbaijan Railways Administration headed by Javid Gurbanov, a delegation of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) headed by Rauf Valiyev, a delegation of the Hovsany International Commercial Seaport headed by Rashad Dashdamirov and many others.

Before the start of the official reception, the delegations of the participating countries visited the monument to the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, where a flower-laying ceremony was held.
