At least 23 people have been detained at a protest rally in Tbilisi last night, the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement, Report informs via Georgian media.
All were detained under articles 166 and 173 of the administrative code for petty hooliganism and disobedience to the police, the ministry said.
