Ukraine spares no effort to punish all the Russians responsible for shelling the center of Vinnytsia and two universities in Mykolaiv, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Telegram.
"We are clarifying the details of each rocket attack on the territory of our state. Terrorists will bear full responsibility for everything they do," the president said.
Zelenskyy recalled that 23 people, including three children, were killed in Vynnitsia. Another 197 of those affected applied for help, and 11 people are still missing.
In Mykolaiv, the educational building of the Pedagogical University was hit four times, with two people injured. Four more missiles hit the building of the National University of Shipbuilding named after Admiral Makarov.
