President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the Ukrainians who have left the country.
Report informs that the address of the president was made during a briefing, which was broadcast on Facebook of the presidential office.
Zelensky said that if those, who left the country do not return within a day, the state will draw "serious conclusions".
