Zelensky calls on Ukrainians to opt for Turkish resorts amid restrictions imposed by Russia

President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky urged to increase the tourist flow to Turkey amid restrictions on air traffic imposed by Russia.

According to Report, he said this during a video message posted on Zelensky's Facebook page.

"Russia said they would restrict tourism from the Russian Federation to Turkey. Well, this is their personal business, and I think that we need to increase the flow of tourists and show that we support Turkey," the Ukrainian leader said.

On April 12, the Russian operational headquarters decided to suspend air traffic with Turkey from April 15 to June 1, citing a worsening epidemiological situation in the country.
