White House official: Middle East crisis 'could spiral' into regional conflict

The Middle East crisis could spiral into a regional conflict, said White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan, Report informs, citing Axios.

According to him, the world is becoming more contested: "The coming era of competition will be unlike anything experienced before."
