US State Dept okays potential sale of air-to-air missiles to Japan for $3.64B

The US State Department has approved a potential sale of advanced medium-range air-to-air missiles and related equipment to Japan for an estimated $3.64 billion, the Pentagon said on Thursday, Report informs via Reuters.

The principal contractor for the sale will be RTX Corp, the Pentagon said in a statement.
