On May 19, the US Senate will vote on a bill H.R. 7691 (Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2022) to provide Ukraine with $40 billion in aid.
Voting will take place at 18:30 (GMT+4), Report informs referring to RBC-Ukraine.
On May 17, the US Senate overwhelmingly approved the provision of assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $40 billion during a procedural vote.
On May 7, US President Joe Biden announced the allocation of a new $33 billion aid package to Ukraine, which, in particular, envisages the provision of artillery ammunition, radars and other military equipment.
