Ursula von der Leyen calls for G7 discussions on financial support to Ukraine after 2023

The head of the European Commission (EC), Ursula von der Leyen, proposed to agree on financial support for Ukraine after 2023 speaking at the G7 summit.

Report informs that the text of the speech was distributed by the press service of the head of the EC.

Ursula von der Leyen said the countries must continue to provide economic and financial support to Ukraine.

The G7 coordination platform, the countries created jointly earlier this year, helped close Ukraine's budget deficit for 2023, she said, stressing the need for countries to agree together on stable financial support for Ukraine after 2023.
