UNICEF delivers 100,000 doses of Janssen vector vaccine to Ukraine

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF, UNICEF) has delivered 100,000 doses of Janssen (Jcovden) COVID-19 vector vaccine to Ukraine as part of the international COVAX initiative.

Report informs referring to Interfax - Ukraine that according to the press release of the Ministry of Health, the vaccine has been distributed and delivered to 21 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv.

The Dnipropetrovsk region, in particular, received 10,000 doses, Kharkiv region received 6,000 doses, Chernivtsi region received 5,000 doses, Kyiv and Lviv regions received 4,000 doses of this vaccine each.

Delivery of the Janssen (Jcovden) vaccine was made possible thanks to the financial support of the UK.
