UN calls for dialogue in situation around Ukraine

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres believes that dialogue is the only way out of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, said Farhan Haq, official spokesperson for the UN secretary-general, Report informs.

“The Secretary-General believes that the only way forward is through dialogue and also through de-escalation on this issue. We certainly welcome any efforts by the relevant parties to engage in dialogue to get us to a new agreed resolution of this,” Haq noted.
