"The Russians are preparing to resort to provocation," Anton Herashchenko, an adviser to Ukraine's Interior Minister said, Report informs, citing UNIAN.
Citing information of the country's Security Service, the adviser said that Russian troops would strike on the territory of their own country. According to him, the aim is to accuse Ukraine of targeting Russian civilians.
