The Ukrainian cities of Kharkiv and Dnipro were left without electricity after the shelling, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleh Syniehubov said.
Report informs via RBC Ukraine that more than 15 strikes were carried out on energy facilities in Kharkiv.
"The city is virtually completely without electricity. All emergency services are already working," Syniehubov said.
