UK Treasury chief Sajid Javid resigned Monday, in a shocking development on the day that Prime Minister Boris Johnson is shaking up his Conservative government. Report informs citing RIA Novosti.

Chief Secretary to the Treasury Rishi Sunak expected to replace S. Javid - and there will be a new joint team of No 10 and 11 special advisers.
