UN official: “All parts of Afghanistan face humanitarian problems”

“There are humanitarian problems everywhere in Afghanistan,” said Ramiz Alakbarov, the UN humanitarian coordinator for Afghanistan, Report informs, citing TASS.

“Every region of Afghanistan has problems of humanitarian access,” he said.

According to him, the Taliban asked UN to continue operating in Afghanistan.

Alakbarov said the healthcare system is gradually normalizing.
