Türkiye has decided to start the process of ratification of Finland’s admission to NATO in Parliament, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, Report informs referring to Russian media.
“Ankara saw Helsinki’s sincere steps to fulfill the commitments made to Türkiye for membership in NATO,” Erdogan said.
“Sweden’s membership in the alliance will depend on further steps taken by Stockholm,” the Turkish leader added.
