The presidents of Ukraine and Russia reached an agreement on constant ceasefire in eastern Ukraine

Baku. 3 September. REPORT.AZ/ President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko had a phone conversation with President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Report inform citing the press-service of president of Ukraine. 

According to the press-service, the conversation resulted in an agreement on constant ceasefire in the Donbas. The parties reached mutual understanding on the steps that will facilitate the establishment of peace.
