Telecom services restored in Gaza Strip

Mobile communications and the Internet have been restored in the Gaza Strip after a long break, Report informs via Al Arabiya TV.

There was no communication in the Gaza Strip for at least four days.

A day earlier, Palestinian telecommunications companies Paltel and Jawwal said that communication services and Internet operations had been partially resumed in the central and southern areas of the Gaza Strip.

The companies noted that the resumption of communication services occurred after repeated attempts to establish it by Paltel and Jawwal employees and “with the intervention of relevant international parties.”
